Customer Response

Customers contacting us should receive a response within two business days.  Please refer to the Contact Us page.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• New unused/unopened goods can be returned within 2 business days of purchase for a full refund.
• New unused uniforms can be exchanged within 2 business days of purchase.
• Items marked as "All Sales Final" may not be eligible for a refund.
• Proof of purchase must be provided at time of return or exchange.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Delivery of Goods and Services

Unless otherwise noted on the product page:

• All purchases will be credited to accounts within one business day.
• Goods will be ready for pickup within two business days during regularly scheduled school hours.
